§ 2What data we process and why#
We process the minimum necessary, in two situations. Writing to us is always optional: if you do not, the only information that reaches us is in the technical logs.

We do not use this data for advertising or profiling, and we make no automated decisions that affect you (Art. 22).
§ 3Who has access to the data#
The data only passes through two providers, who process it on our behalf, under our instructions and bound by confidentiality (Art. 28):

If either provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45) or on standard contractual clauses approved by it (Art. 46).
We only disclose data to authorities when the law requires it.
§ 5Links to other sites#
The site links to LinkedIn and to ALKMIA (alkmia.app). When you follow those links you leave this site, and each one's own privacy policy applies.
§ 6Your rights#
You can exercise any of these rights at any time, free of charge:

Exercise a right
Write to privacidade@goethita.com stating the right you want to exercise. We reply within one month, extendable by two more for complex requests, in which case we will tell you (Art. 12(3)).
Lodge a complaint
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) at www.cnpd.pt, or to the authority in the EU country where you live (Art. 77).
